GeoDataar Services provides data entry, web research, excel automation, and related administrative support services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or quote.
Payments are due as per the agreed schedule (hourly, fixed-price milestone, or retainer). We reserve the right to pause work if payments are delayed beyond the agreed timeframe.
Upon full payment, all deliverables and work products created by us for you shall engage to be your exclusive property. We do not retain rights to client data.
In no event shall GeoDataar Services be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
